Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our upcoming facility in Siliguri, driving operational excellence, procurement, farm engagement, team leadership, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse (logistics, safety, compliance, procurement, dispatch)
· Lead and train staff to maintain high service standards
· Engage directly with farmers, government officials, and market stakeholders
· Monitor inventory, manage cost, ensure profitability
· Communicate regularly with Head Office (Salt Lake, Kolkata) and Japanese counterparts
· Proactively mitigate risks related to Agri-supply chain (weather, market prices, agitation, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
· Graduate in any stream (Agri/Agri-Business preferred)
· 3+ years’ experience in warehouse/farm logistics or supply chain roles
· Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
· Fluent in Bengali, Hindi & English; good computer and reporting skills
· Experience working with government schemes or export logistics will be an added advantage.
